On December 30th, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan held a themed roadshow event titled "Accumulating Experience in Family Business Management, Focusing on Future Wealth Inheritance." The event involved in-depth discussions on topics such as professional career paths, trends and business concepts in family wealth inheritance, and analyses of complex and challenging cases recently handled by the law firm team.

On December 30, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office held a themed roadshow event titled "Accumulating Experience in Family Business Handling, Focusing on Future Wealth Inheritance." The event involved in-depth discussions on professional path selection for lawyers, trends and business concepts in family wealth inheritance, and analyses of complex and difficult cases recently handled by the office's lawyer team.

During this event, Lawyer Wang Peng elaborated on the experience of choosing a legal profession and provided an overview of family wealth inheritance business, sharing real cases he personally handled. He emphasized the importance and necessity of family business lawyers possessing legal wisdom and practical experience. He also advised young lawyers to closely monitor property dynamics and prevent property transfer situations when handling family business litigation cases, ensuring the safety of uncontrolled assets; to pay attention to the rhythm of litigation, ensuring pre-litigation preservation is done in one step, and to timely promote mediation work to reduce litigation cycles and save various costs for clients; and to meticulously plan the design of relevant legal documents and the details of their execution to ensure that clients' rights are not harmed during the execution process. In the discussion session, participating lawyers exchanged and discussed professional knowledge based on their own case handling experiences, and everyone expressed that they benefited greatly.

In administrative penalties imposed by administrative agencies that involve monetary payment obligations, there is always a notification stating: "If not paid by the due date, an additional penalty of 3% of the fine amount will be imposed daily." In judicial practice, different administrative agencies, based on the same laws, have made varying regulations regarding whether a separate decision for additional penalties is required and what procedures should be followed to make such decisions. People's courts in various regions have also issued different judicial rulings on the enforcement applications for additional penalties from administrative agencies. Therefore, the author believes it is necessary to sort out and analyze the legal application of additional penalties to provide some reference for non-litigious administrative enforcement.
