Happy New Year! On December 27th, the fourth J&T Rhythm Party was held by Zhongcheng Qingtai in Jinan, as we welcome the New Year of 2025. Everyone gathered together to perform on stage, expressing their beautiful expectations and wishes for the New Year through song. This rhythm party was jointly organized by the first to third departments of Urban Construction Real Estate and the Urban Renewal Department, with Liu Guannan from the Urban Renewal Department serving as the host of the event.

Participants took the stage to showcase their talents, expressing their beautiful expectations and wishes for the New Year through song. This event was co-hosted by the first to third departments of Urban Construction Real Estate and the Urban Renewal Department, with Liu Guannan from the Urban Renewal Department serving as the host.
As the music played, a series of songs, both high-spirited and melodious, were performed in turn. Li Zhefeng brought "Don't Make a Scene Anymore," using his unique voice to energize the atmosphere; Liu Rongyi moved everyone present with the heartfelt "Cruel Moonlight"; Diao Xiaogang showcased his extraordinary singing skills with "A Play for Angels"; Li Yue's performance of "Watching from the Wall" was melodious and charming; Wu Guanyu's "Cao Cao" brought the atmosphere to a climax; Huang Zhangcun passionately sang the well-known classic "Love Lock," touching hearts; Liu Rongyi sang "The Time of a Tear" again, conveying delicate emotions through his voice; Li Zhefeng's "Prodigal Son Returns" expressed his love for music; Niu Chao's emotional rendition of "The Wind Blows North" amazed the audience; Guo Zekai's "Who" touched hearts with its heartfelt lyrics; and Li Zhefeng's closing song "Need You Every Minute" pushed the atmosphere to its peak, conveying warmth and strength.
In addition to the wonderful singing performances, the event also featured fun game segments. Games like "You Draw, I Guess" and "Three Words" not only tested everyone's reaction and teamwork skills but also filled the venue with laughter and joy.
The fourth J&T Rhythm Party by Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan concluded successfully amidst joy and warmth. On this special night, we welcomed the upcoming New Year with songs and laughter, feeling the warmth of home in each other's company.
