Dynamic | Risk Prevention and Professional Regulation: Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office Held a Special Study Activity on "Professional Risks and Professional Discipline"

To prevent and mitigate the risks of legal practice and enhance lawyers' awareness of compliance, on December 25, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office held a special study session on "Practice Risks and Professional Discipline." The event was hosted by Yin Yanbo, Deputy Director of the Risk Control Executive Committee of the Jinan Office. He Zefeng, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Jinan Office, and Cui Shouxu, Director of the Risk Control Executive Committee of the Jinan Office, delivered keynote speeches. Lawyers from various departments of Zhongcheng Qingtai in the Jinan region participated in this study session both online and offline.

At the beginning of the event, He Zefeng, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Jinan Office, highlighted the risk control situation of our office, emphasizing the importance and necessity of risk prevention and control work at the overall office level. Director He pointed out that last year our office comprehensively sorted out the risk control system, established the Risk Control Executive Committee and professional committees, and provided guidance on risk prevention and control in business practice. He emphasized that lawyers should enhance their awareness of risk prevention and control while improving their professional skills and strictly adhere to established systems.
Cui Shouxu, Director of the Risk Control Executive Committee of the Jinan Office, led the attending lawyers in a special study on "Practice Risks and Professional Discipline." Director Cui introduced the types of practice risks and the overview of lawyers' violations, and combined real cases to explain the law to all lawyers in the office. He also provided a detailed interpretation of the specific types of lawyers' violations, emphasizing that all lawyers should take heed, remember the professional ethics and moral bottom line of the legal profession, consciously comply with laws and regulations and industry norms, and practice law with integrity. At the end of the event, Director Cui specifically pointed out several blind spots in lawyers' work that are often overlooked, further improving the understanding of practice risks and preventive measures.
This study activity helps to enhance the awareness of practice risk prevention among all lawyers in the office and enriches their knowledge reserve for standardized practice. In the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai will regularly carry out special study activities on practice risks and professional discipline, continuously improving the awareness of standardized practice and risk prevention capabilities of all lawyers, ensuring standardized and honest practice, and providing high-quality and efficient legal services to clients.
