At the seminar, Director Geng Guoyu warmly welcomed the arrival of colleagues from Tianjin Sifang Junhui Law Firm, briefly introduced the management structure of the Jinan Office while introducing the participants from our office; Director Yang Yufu stated that this visit aimed to learn from Zhongcheng Qingtai, hoping to gain advanced experiences in the development strategy, layout arrangements, partner management mechanisms, and talent cultivation of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, and to conduct preliminary discussions on future cooperation between both parties; Director Du Wentang expressed gratitude for Director Yang's recognition of the Jinan Office and detailed the development vision of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office from six aspects: scale, specialization, branding, standardization, technology, and internationalization, as well as shared the basic situation of the development history, institutional layout, personnel composition, and business structure of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, along with experiences in talent introduction and cultivation, business expansion, market cultivation, and brand operation models; Director Yang Yufu introduced the management structure and personnel structure of Tianjin Sifang Junhui Law Firm, talent introduction mechanisms, and development plans, and shared experiences in risk control and the positioning and operation methods of the management company.
