December 4, 2024, is the 11th Constitution Publicity Day, and December 1 to 7 is the 7th Constitution Publicity Week. According to the notice jointly issued by the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Legal Publicity Office, the theme of this year's "Constitution Publicity Week" activities is "Vigorously promote the spirit of the Constitution and promote further comprehensive deepening of reform."

Conduct legal publicity activities in communities and enterprises
On December 3, lawyers Wu Xiaozhu and Guo Zekai from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office joined hands with Jinan Yellow River Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. to enter the Wanxiang Xintian East District community in Wangsheren Street, Licheng District, Jinan City, and jointly carried out legal publicity activities with community staff. The activities closely revolved around the theme of Constitution Publicity Week, popularizing constitutional knowledge for community residents and street vendors, and enhancing their awareness of the Constitution. At the same time, the two lawyers patiently answered relevant legal inquiries from the public on site.
On the same day, lawyers Wu Xiaozhu and Guo Zekai also went to the project manager's office of the 6th construction area of the Jinan Urban Rail Transit Line 9 Phase I Project of Jinan Yellow River Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. to deliver an exciting Constitution Day legal education lecture for the project staff. During the lecture, the lawyers explained the basic principles and content of the Constitution in an easy-to-understand manner. After the explanation, the lawyers answered legal questions raised by the staff on site.

On December 4, on Constitution Publicity Day, personnel from the legal departments of Jinan Financial Holding Group's headquarters and subsidiaries visited Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office for exchange, carrying out the Constitution Publicity Day activity themed "Deepening the spirit of the rule of law and building a state-owned enterprise under the rule of law." Accompanied by Wu Haiyang, a senior partner at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, the Jinan Financial Holding Group team visited the office environment of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, including the Party building wall, development history wall, and party member activity room.
During the exchange meeting, lawyer Wu Haiyang explained the origin and significance of National Constitution Day, the composition of the Constitution, and other constitutional knowledge. He also provided detailed answers to specific legal issues encountered by the legal personnel of the financial holding group in their work and shared valuable legal practice experience. Conduct Constitution and tax law publicity activities in Zhenglu Town, Shanghe County
On December 4, members of the Zhongcheng Qingtai "One Village, One Legal Advisor" service team, including lawyers Zhao Kaiyong, Tian Yuanying, Dong Xiaocen, and Guo Zekai, went to Zhenglu Town, Shanghe County to carry out Constitution publicity activities themed "Vigorously promote the spirit of the Constitution and promote further comprehensive deepening of reform."
This activity was jointly participated in by the Zhenglu Town Judicial Office of the Shanghe County Justice Bureau and the Zhenglu Taxation Branch of the Shanghe County Taxation Bureau to carry out publicity on the Constitution and tax law. Members of the legal service team provided legal education from both legal and practical perspectives, while staff from the judicial office and taxation branch combined their work experience to conduct legal publicity on issues related to the Constitution and tax law, guiding villagers to support the Constitution and abide by the law.
At the market in Zhenglu Town, service team members actively promoted the spirit of the Constitution, distributing publicity brochures to passing villagers, explaining in detail the fundamental legal status of the Constitution in our country, patiently answering villagers' questions in simple language, and conducting legal publicity on rights and obligations closely related to the public, such as "the right to vote and be elected, the right to education, and the right to work and rest."
Conduct "Law into the Community" Constitution publicity activities at Harmony Square
Partners from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, along with staff from multiple organizations including the Shandong Women's Federation, Shandong Disabled Persons' Federation, and Shandong Bar Association, went to Harmony Square to carry out "Law into the Community" Constitution publicity activities.
The lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai arrived early at the scene, hanging up eye-catching banners with the theme of the Constitution, creating a strong atmosphere for legal publicity. They enthusiastically distributed flyers on the Constitution and the Civil Code to community residents and patiently answered their legal inquiries. At the event, the lawyers also explained the basic principles of the Constitution, the basic rights and obligations of citizens, and the important role and far-reaching significance of the Constitution in daily life in an easy-to-understand manner, using practical examples. Many community members stopped to listen and actively participated in interactive Q&A, creating a lively and orderly atmosphere.
This series of public welfare legal education activities during Constitution Day publicity week, through various forms such as hanging banners, distributing flyers, and answering legal inquiries, conveyed the spirit of the Constitution to thousands of households, further enhancing citizens' awareness of the rule of law and belief in the rule of law, and fully demonstrating Zhongcheng Qingtai's sense of social responsibility and commitment as a professional legal service institution.
