On December 5th, the Qihe County People's Government held a seminar on investment and financing as well as investment promotion with Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office. The meeting was attended by Chen Guangchun, Deputy Secretary of the Qihe County Party Committee and County Mayor; Feng Xiaoyong, member of the government party group and Deputy County Mayor; Liu Ming, Secretary of the Economic Cooperation Center Party Group; Li Feng, Director of the Financial Operation Monitoring Center; and Li Deyong, General Manager of the Urban Investment Company. They were warmly received by Geng Guoyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office; Deputy Directors Zhou Jiaqing and Gao Jian; and partners Zhang Jian and Zhang Lijie.

Accompanied by Director Geng Guoyu and Director Zhou Jiaqing, County Mayor Chen Guangchun and his team visited the office environment, conference hall, party building wall, development history wall, honor wall, and other areas of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, understanding the law firm's development history, party building work, and system construction.
The symposium was hosted by Director Zhou Jiaqing. At the meeting, Director Geng Guoyu warmly welcomed County Mayor Chen Guangchun and his team, introducing the personnel scale, development situation, business structure, and international vision of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office. He stated that Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office has always attached great importance to providing high-quality and efficient legal services for the government and looks forward to further deepening cooperation with the Qihe County government.
County Mayor Chen Guangchun introduced the basic situation of Qihe County's urban construction, people's livelihood economy, tourism industry, etc., and pointed out some problems faced by Qihe County in the development process. He highly praised the development history, work level, business expansion, and resource integration capabilities of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, expressing hope to leverage the professional strength of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office to grasp the latest policies, enhance the effectiveness of law-based governance in the county, and improve the legal awareness of state-owned enterprises in internal control management.
The two sides exchanged and discussed topics such as the investment promotion strategy for Qihe County's industrial park, financial-related legal service support, and city investment debt resolution plans. In his concluding remarks, Director Geng Guoyu emphasized that Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office is moving from specialized legal services to industry-led legal services,with lawyers fully engaging with the market and clients, contributing legal wisdom to Qihe County's investment promotion and law-based governance.
