On September 4th, the appointment ceremony for the fourth Jinan Municipal People's Government legal advisors was held. Yu Haitian, Deputy Secretary of the Jinan Municipal Committee and Mayor, attended the meeting and presented appointment letters to the representatives of the fourth municipal government legal advisors. Six lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office—Geng Guoyu, Yao Huming, Meng Fanhu, Shi Guangbo, Wu Haiyang, and Dong Guoai—were successfully appointed due to their outstanding professional abilities, bringing new honor to the law firm.

Six lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office—Geng Guoyu, Yao Huming, Meng Fanhu, Shi Guangbo, Wu Haiyang, and Dong Guoai—were successfully appointed based on their outstanding professional capabilities, adding new honors to the law firm.
Yu Haitian pointed out that the government legal advisor system plays an important role in improving the government's level of law-based administration and accelerating the modernization of the government governance system and governance capacity. Municipal government legal advisors must keep in mind the "major national interests," continuously enhance their political judgment, political comprehension, and political execution abilities, strengthen their theoretical literacy, clarify their responsibilities, and always maintain the correct political direction in their work as government legal advisors. They should strengthen their sense of responsibility, establish a strong awareness of the overall situation, leverage their professional strengths, focus on the key tasks of the Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government, fully support major strategies, serve as the government's "legal consultants," and help improve the rule of law in the business environment.
This time, the municipal government appointed 77 people as legal advisors for the fourth term of the Jinan Municipal People's Government, mainly composed of legal experts and well-known lawyers. The selection was made through targeted invitations, term assessments, and open applications, with a term of three years. The six lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office have been deeply engaged in their respective professional fields for many years, possessing profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience, standing out among many excellent candidates.
