From February 8 to 9, the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Collaborative Innovation Development Conference was held in Tai'an. Over 80 participants gathered, including senior partners from the Jinan region, directors from various branch offices, department heads from the Jinan office, and special guest Yu Pengming, the founder of Xinzhe, to discuss the development strategy and planning of the law firm.
From February 8 to 9, the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Collaborative Innovation Development Conference was held in Tai'an. Over 80 people gathered, including senior partners from the Jinan region, some branch directors, department heads from the Jinan office, and special guest Yu Pengming, the founder of Xinzhe, to discuss the development strategy and planning of the law firm.
The meeting was chaired by Zhou Jiyong, the chairman of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Partner Meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Geng Guoyu, the secretary of the party committee and director of the Jinan office, delivered a speech, leading the participants to learn about the spirit of the "Shandong Province Reform and Innovation to Promote High-Quality Development Conference". He raised several questions based on the development situation of Zhongcheng Qingtai, with the theme of "stability, growth, action, and collaboration", calling on everyone to think deeply and discuss actively to provide suggestions for the law firm's development strategy and planning.
The conference specially invited Yu Pengming (Dayu), the founder of "Xinzhe", to analyze and explain the current trends in the legal industry, the direction of law firm management decisions, and the market orientation of lawyer services.
During the group discussion session, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on several major issues affecting the development of law firms, focusing on the development situation of the law firm industry, the actual development of law firms, and the needs of lawyers, providing profound opinions and suggestions. After two days of heated discussions, each group formed a report and presented their findings.
In this new stage of development, the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan region will take this "Collaborative Innovation Development Conference" as an opportunity to actively implement the spirit and results of the meeting, adhere to innovation while maintaining integrity, and strive to create new productive forces for the law firm, contributing to the construction of a rule-of-law society!
