Optimizing lawyer training through youth activities
Conducting a series of training on new media short videos
On August 3, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan
Nansuo launched the first lesson of the new media short video series training titled 'A Tree of Many'. This series of activities is hosted by the Market and Promotion Executive Committee of the Jinan office, inviting members of the Jinan Youth Federation, experts from the Jinan Youth Development Friendly City Think Tank, and instructors from the School of Urban Planning at Shandong Jianzhu University, as well as lecturers on short video operations and new media marketing from Shandong Electronic Vocational and Technical College to teach relevant knowledge about new media operations, helping lawyers build their personal IP and enhance their personal traffic incubation capabilities.

On September 30, the 2024 Youth Lawyer Development Forum was held in a debate format between new and old lawyers, focusing on the topics of 'the dilemma of business choices' and 'the information dilemma after work', with teams from new and old lawyers presenting their viewpoints, sparking new ideas.
Guangxi youth lawyers visit Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan office for exchange and learning
On October 14, outstanding lawyers from Guangxi, Huang Wenwei, Wang Ying, and Bei Xueyan, came to Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan office for a month-long study exchange. During this period, lawyers from Lu and Gui regions engaged in in-depth discussions on party building work, platform construction, talent training, business cooperation, and collaborative development.

On November 8, the 'Guanghe Xingchen' youth growth program (third phase) of Zhongcheng Qingtai was officially launched at the Qionghua Island Hotel in Tai'an. 63 outstanding young lawyers gathered in the beautiful Tai'an to start a three-day training. In addition to young lawyers from various branches of Zhongcheng Qingtai, this phase also invited six outstanding young lawyers from Guangxi who came to Shandong for exchange and learning, all gathered together to listen to the professional sharing of senior partners and collaboratively complete various training topics.

The 'Accompanying Flight Plan' aims to help young lawyers who have just crossed the assistant period smoothly transition through the 'post-assistant period', serving as an important measure to support the growth and development of young lawyers. Achieving excellent results in the second table tennis competition of the Jinan Lawyers Association
On June 8, lawyers Li Ruzhi, Sun Zhuang, Jia Xincui, and Li Kun participated in the second table tennis competition of the Jinan Lawyers Association and achieved outstanding results. Lawyer Sun Zhuang won the men's singles championship; lawyers Li Ruzhi and Jia Xincui won the mixed doubles runner-up; and lawyers Sun Zhuang and Li Kun won the men's doubles third place.
Achieving consecutive victories in the fourth football match of the Jinan Lawyers Association
In July, the Jinan Lawyers Association held the opening ceremony of the fourth football match, with lawyer Fang Quan as the team leader and lawyer Wang Lili as the coach of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan office football team. Team members Tian Feng, Tian Meng, Jin Zhengchun, Li Xianghui, Lin Yu, Zang Fuyu, Song Haoyu, Wang Wei, Han Xifang, Han Ludong, and Cui Weizhe participated in the competition, winning all group matches and ranking 6th in the overall standings.

On November 1, lawyers Song Xiangxiao, Zhao Jiao, Zhao Lu, and Meng Qingning participated in the provincial debate competition of the Shandong Provincial Lawyers Association and won the third prize. Among them, lawyer Meng Qingning was awarded the title of 'Best Debater'.
Holding the first Zhongcheng Qingtai Autumn Sports Meeting
On November 2, the first Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Autumn Sports Meeting was successfully held. More than 300 people from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan, Shanghai, and Tai'an offices participated in this sports meeting.
Sponsoring the 'Zhongcheng Qingtai Cup' Shandong Provincial College Student Mock Court Competition
On November 2, the 'Zhongcheng Qingtai Cup' Shandong Provincial College Student Mock Court Competition was held at the Shandong High Court. The competition was exclusively sponsored by Zhongcheng Qingtai, organized by the Shandong Law Society's Legal Education Research Association, and hosted by Dongjian University. 25 judicial industry staff from the Shandong High Court, Shandong People's Procuratorate, Jinan Intermediate People's Court, Lixia District People's Court, Licheng District People's Court, and Zhongcheng Qingtai served as judges.
A total of 261 excellent law students and their instructors from various universities in Shandong participated in the competition. Senior partner Li Jian, partner Zhang Kai, and lawyer Zhu Jipeng from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan office served as judges for this competition.

In December, the Zhongcheng Qingtai basketball team participated in the sixth basketball competition of the Jinan Lawyers Association, winning against Changping, Bohanyuan, Dacheng, Weiheng, Deheheng, and Shunyu basketball teams in the group stage, with a record of 7 wins and 1 loss, advancing to the knockout stage, and achieving a historic breakthrough by defeating Ruiyang basketball team, ultimately finishing in fourth place.

In May, the running group activities were launched, attracting dozens of colleagues who love running to respond. They registered for a unified sports APP account, forming an online data sharing group, with designated personnel from the law firm's union sharing the monthly sports data in the following month and awarding prizes to the top three members.
