On January 18, the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and Gala of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Region was grandly held. This annual meeting was not only a joyful feast but also a vivid display of the law firm's cohesion and vitality. Representatives from over 20 branches of Zhongcheng Qingtai from various regions attended the meeting, gathering more than 400 people to summarize past achievements and outline future plans, consolidating the strength to move forward in both reflection and breakthrough.

Representatives from over 20 branches of Zhongcheng Qingtai from various regions attended the meeting, gathering more than 400 people to summarize past achievements and outline future plans, consolidating the strength to move forward in both reflection and breakthrough.
Annual Summary Meeting
The meeting was hosted by Shi Guangbo, Deputy Director of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Management Committee.
At the beginning of the meeting, Du Wentang, Director of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Management Committee, delivered a report titled "To Go Far, Start from Near, Remember the Original Intention, and Forge Ahead with Courage". He reported on the law firm's development in 2024 and work plan for 2025 from four aspects: "data", "actions", "reflection", and "direction". In 2024, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Region achieved fruitful results in various fields including party building, professional development, risk control construction, youth training, humanistic care, middle-office support, market development, overseas business, brand reputation, and public welfare services. In 2025, Director Du hopes that every Zhongcheng Qingtai person can remember their original intention and forge ahead with courage, always maintaining an upward and forward posture, striving for high-quality development of the law firm.
Those who share the same aspirations will win, and those who work together will thrive. The development of the law firm relies on the contributions of every colleague. During the commendation segment, Li Ruzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, and Yao Huming, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Region, read the commendation decisions. To recognize the advanced and exemplary role, the meeting commended over 140 advanced models and awarded honorary certificates.
Outstanding party member representative Lawyer Song Huidong, award winner for professional dedication Lawyer Chen Xiaotong, award winner for public welfare Lawyer Zhang Wei, and active union member Meng Qingning spoke as award representatives. They expressed their gratitude to Zhongcheng Qingtai for providing a broad platform for growth and hoped to contribute to the development of Zhongcheng Qingtai with more resolute beliefs, excellent skills, a focus on law, service to clients, enthusiasm for public welfare, and active participation in activities.
The conference also awarded employees who have been with the firm for ten and twenty years. Deng Pu, Director of the Human Resources Executive Committee of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Management Committee, expressed high respect for the dedication and perseverance of employees who have been with the firm for ten and twenty years, thanking them for their efforts and contributions to the brilliant development of Zhongcheng Qingtai.
Geng Guoyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, delivered a speech on "Promoting Stability and Seeking Growth, Planning Development, and Collaborating to Integrate Actions". He elaborated on four aspects: promoting stability to strengthen existing resources, innovating to seek growth, integrating to promote collaboration, and clarifying responsibilities through actions, hoping everyone can go far from near and act diligently.
Gong Lixin, Director of the Management Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, congratulated the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Region on its outstanding achievements in the past year and expressed heartfelt thanks to all Zhongcheng Qingtai people for their hard work over the past year. The lottery segment set up 14 program awards, 108 lucky prizes, 20 third prizes, 10 second prizes, 1 first prize, and 1 special prize.
