On January 8, the fifth first member representative conference of the Jinan Social Work Association was held at Longao Building. Liu Guitang, a member of the Shandong Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee and chairman of the Ethnic Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee, and Yang Feng, deputy secretary of the Jinan Municipal Committee, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. After the election, Meng Fanhua, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, was elected as the supervisor.

The conference reviewed and approved the work report and financial report of the fourth board of directors, voted to approve the "Articles of Association" and "Membership Management Measures" of the Jinan Social Work Association, and elected the president, vice presidents, secretary-general, executive directors, directors, and supervisors of the fifth board of directors. After the election, Fu Jinfeng was elected as the president of the new board of directors. Meng Fanhua was elected as the supervisor.

The Jinan Social Work Association was established in November 2005 and is one of the first batch of 5A-level professional and public welfare social organizations in our city. Under the leadership of the Social Work Department of the Jinan Municipal Committee, the association fully plays the role of a social work hub and leader, adhering to the work philosophy of "Party building leads, rooted in the people, serving society, helping others to help themselves, and dedicating to public welfare," focusing on the development of social work in the Jinan area.
