In the second phase of the digital new media (TMT) industry team, we invited lawyer Cheng Shoufa, head of the digital industry legal service team, and team members lawyer Hao Bin and lawyer Mao Xiang to discuss issues related to data assets, such as the entry of data assets into the table, the similarities and differences between data assets and traditional property, how to promote the use and transaction of data, and how to prevent legal risks.
